Get in Touch

Harper County Inmate Population is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot confirm whether someone is in custody, release anyone, post bond, change a court date, or pull an official booking record. For those actions, use the official Harper County or state office that controls the record.

Match the office to the question before calling or submitting a request:

  • For a person who may be in the county jail, start with jail inmate records and the 620-842-5135 jail line.
  • For a booking photo or jail-book entry, read the jail roster mugshots page and prepare a written KORA request if the jail cannot provide the information informally.
  • For filed charges, hearings, bench warrants, or docket questions after arrest, use court records after a jail arrest and the District Court contact.
  • For the local detention facility page, use Harper County Jail / Harper County Detention Center.
  • For a sentenced Kansas prisoner, use the Kansas Department of Corrections KASPER locator rather than the county jail.
  • For federal custody or immigration detention, use the Federal Bureau of Prisons locator, U.S. Marshals Service District of Kansas contacts, or ICE ODLS as applicable.
